The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtada, revealed that mercenary Tariq Afash had detained hundreds of prisoners of the army and the popular committees for more than three years.

He confirmed in a tweet , Monday, that Afash prevented them from visiting and communicating with their families during this period, indicating that he forcibly hid them in private prisons.

Al-Murtada called for allowing the International Committee of the Red Cross to visit all the prisons of all parties in order to examine the conditions of the prisoners.
