The death toll of Palestinian martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,502, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Zionist aggression on October 7, 2023.

Medical sources said today, Tuesday, that the death toll has risen to 105,454 wounded, since the start of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.

They indicated that the Zionist enemy forces committed two massacres, which resulted in the martyrdom of 36 citizens, and the injury of 96 others.
