Several districts in Sana'a province held speech and cultural events, on Thursday, to mark the anniversary of the Prophet's Migration (Hijra) and launch the second round of "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses for the year 1447 AH.
Organised by local councils and mobilisation offices in the districts of Jihana, Sanhan, Bani Bahlul, Sa'fan and Manakha, the events highlighted the significance of the Prophet's Migration — peace be upon him — especially as it coincided with the launch of the second round of 'Al-Aqsa Flood' courses and comprehensive preparations to confront the enemies of the era.
Officials presented aspects of the life of the Noble Prophet, including his migration, which was ordained by Allah Almighty. They also discussed the significant events that nearly derailed the Islamic mission, but which were overcome through the Prophet's patience, endurance and unwavering trust in Allah’s promise of victory for His religion.
They emphasised that the Prophet's migration was not an escape from the disbelievers and polytheists, nor an act of surrender, but a strategic manoeuvre to prepare for a significant battle in which truth would triumph over falsehood, the word of Allah would be exalted, and all attempts by the disbelievers and advocates of ignorance would be thwarted.
Speeches called for lessons to be learned from the life of the greatest teacher of humanity, urging engagement in the struggle against the nation's enemies, the upholding of truth based on authentic Quranic and Prophetic faith, and active participation in the open 'Al-Aqsa Flood' courses. Speakers urged attendees to stand firm for Islamic sanctities and the blood of martyrs, and to support the Palestinian people in Gaza who are facing Zionist massacres and crimes backed by American and Western powers.
The importance of continued mobilisation for the "Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad" battle was emphasised through the ongoing "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses, the renewal of steadfast, faith-based stances and the continuation of the sacred struggle until the liberation of all occupied Arab lands.
The events also reviewed Allah's victories in the battle of the 'Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad', congratulating the Islamic Republic of Iran on its triumph over the arrogant Zionist-American enemy.
