The Yemeni capital, Sana’a, witnessed a massive human flood on Friday during the “Steadfast with Gaza – Fully Prepared to Confront All Enemy Conspiracies” million-man march.
The crowds reaffirmed the unity of the Yemeni people in facing down the conspiracies of enemies and their tools—traitors and collaborators—who aim to undermine Yemen’s honorable and unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and its steadfast solidarity with the people of Gaza.
Participants declared that every scheme and plot targeting Yemen and its people is doomed to fail, just as previous attempts have collapsed in the past. They stressed that those calling for the disarmament of the resistance are nothing but traitors and agents who serve the criminal Zionist agenda, seeking to leave the nation exposed and vulnerable to the forces of aggression and tyranny—namely the United States and Israel.
The masses also called on Arab and Islamic nations to take immediate and decisive action to halt the Zionist entity’s violations and the ongoing desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by its extremist settler mobs—acts that represent a blatant provocation to the sentiments of over two billion Muslims around the world.
The crowds chanted powerful slogans expressing their absolute rejection of enemies, traitors, and collaborators. With unwavering voices, they declared: ("As long as Allah is our protector, we will never abandon Gaza"). They affirmed their steadfast solidarity, proclaiming: ("True brothers stand with Gaza, marching on the path of dignity"). Their chants rang out with defiance: ("Perish, O descendants of apes — we will never leave Gaza to stand alone"). They condemned the forces of aggression, shouting: ("America and Zionism — this is a war against all of humanity"). And in a heartfelt appeal to the wider Muslim world, they cried: ("Gaza is starving and calling upon you — by Allah, we have testified against your silence").
The masses shouted slogans filled with determination and resolve, chanting: ("They seek to disarm us so that Lebanon remains exposed"), ("Whoever demands disarmament is paving the way for invasion"), ("Surrendering the people’s weapons serves war criminals"), ("O nation, this is your Al-Aqsa—where is your pride? Where is your honor?"), ("The repeated desecration of Al-Aqsa should be enough to awaken the entire Ummah"), ("Gaza is the nation’s frontline—it has pushed Israel into crisis"), and ("O Gaza, soldiers of Allah, we stand with you until we meet Allah").
A statement issued during the march and delivered by Hussein Hazeb, a member of the General Committee of the Popular Conference, affirmed that this weekly mass demonstration is a form of Jihad in the path of Allah, seeking His pleasure. The march continues with unwavering determination and high readiness to confront all enemy conspiracies in support of the oppressed Muslim Palestinian people and their brave fighters.
Hazeb emphasized, “Based on our firm adherence to the Holy Quran and in implementation of Allah’s directives therein, we affirm our steadfast, comprehensive, clear, and escalating support for our brothers in Gaza and throughout Palestine, as well as their courageous and faithful resistance.”
The statement called on all Muslims to support them with money, weapons, and everything that strengthens their steadfastness, as this is the wise and correct choice commanded by Allah, justified by reason and logic, and demanded by current realities—proving the validity and effectiveness of this path while all other options have failed.
Hazeb continued, “If the adherents of Zionism kill the peoples of our Ummah and commit the worst crimes against us in modern history, based on false religious premises they attribute to Allah, then how can we not defend ourselves and fight them based on our true and just religious principles, which Allah has commanded and which are revealed in His great Book, the Quran?”
The statement emphasized, “Those who are not moved by the massacres in Gaza will not be moved by the massacres in the rest of our Arab and Islamic cities and countries. O people, rise for Al-Aqsa Mosque and raise your voices high to protect it and all our sacred sites. O people, rise to support Gaza—saving it and all the lands of the Arabs and Muslims.”
During the million-man march, a poem by the poet Saqr Al-Lahji was recited, expressing full solidarity with the brothers in Gaza and Palestine, and affirming Yemen’s unwavering support and steadfast stance with the Palestinian people and their heroic resistance until victory is achieved.
