The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Tuesday that 75 people were martyred and 370 others injured in the past 24 hours as a result of the continued Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

According to the ministry’s daily statistical report, many victims remain trapped under the rubble or in the streets, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to ongoing bombardments and destroyed infrastructure.

Since the start of the Israeli assault on October 7, 2023, the total death toll has risen to 62,819 martyrs, with 158,629 injuries reported.

From March 18, 2025, to the present day alone, 10,975 people have been killed and 46,588 injured.

As part of what has become known as the "Martyrs of Livelihood" — civilians targeted while seeking aid — 17 people were martyred and 122 injured over the past 24 hours while trying to access humanitarian assistance. This brings the total number of aid-related martyrs who have arrived at hospitals to 2,140, with over 15,737 injuries.

In addition, Gaza hospitals recorded three new deaths from famine and malnutrition among adults in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of such fatalities to 303, including 117 children.
