The General People’s Congress strongly condemned and denounced the Zionist aggression that targeted civilian properties and citizens’ houses in Al-Tahrir neighborhood, the private health sector station in the Capital Secretariat, and the government complex in Al-Hazm city in Al-Jawf Province, causing civilian casualties.
In a statement received by the Yemen News Agency (SABA), the General People’s Congress pointed out that this cowardly Zionist aggression will neither intimidate Yemen nor its people, nor will it prevent them from fulfilling their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty to support and assist the people of Gaza and the Palestinian people in confronting the genocidal war carried out by the Zionist entity against them.
The statement emphasized the Yemeni people’s right to respond to this aggression, noting that the Zionist entity exploits unlimited American support to carry out its attacks anywhere without accountability or restraint.
The General People’s Congress called on the free people of the world and the international community to shoulder their responsibilities in standing against this American-backed Zionist barbarism, which now practices killing for the sake of killing, reflecting the evil and criminal tendencies that govern the minds of the Zionist leaders today.
The statement confirmed its support for the measures taken by the Yemeni Armed Forces to defend Yemen, its unity, sovereignty, independence, and praised all actions they will implement in response to the barbaric Zionist aggression.
