The Yemeni Shura Council praised the recent precision operation carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces, employing a salvo of cruise missiles and drones to strike sensitive and vital Israeli military targets in southern occupied Palestine.

The council described the successful targeting as a strategic victory and a significant technological and military advancement for Yemen’s missile force, undermining the enemy’s arrogance and demonstrating the failure of its internationally-backed defense systems.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the council affirmed its support for these heroic operations deep within the occupied territories, highlighting Yemen’s religious, ethical, and humanitarian responsibility to the oppressed Palestinian people, and the continued backing of the resistance front.

The statement emphasized that the military actions reflect Yemen’s principled and steadfast stance within the framework of the “Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad” and the unity of regional fronts and destinies.

It stressed that Yemen will not remain idle in the face of any aggression targeting countries of the resistance axis or threatening regional security and stability.

The Shura Council renewed its full authorization for the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council to take all strategic measures necessary to support the nation, defend its sacred sites, and counter the Zionist agenda in the region under the so-called “New Middle East.”

The council also condemned the double standards and silence of the international community and the UN regarding the crimes and massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against peoples in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran.

The analysis follows a series of escalatory steps by Yemen, including ballistic missile, cruise missile, and drone strikes targeting sites of the Israeli enemy in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have framed these operations as part of a coordinated campaign alongside Iran and Hezbollah, pledging to continue operations until US-Israel aggression against regional actors comes to an end.

Yemen has also signaled readiness to expand its operations to strategic maritime corridors, further solidifying its role as a key actor in the evolving regional confrontation.
