The naval command of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has renewed its warning to all vessels intending to transit the Strait of Hormuz, emphasizing that the only safe passage is the corridor previously designated by Tehran.
In a statement, the IRGC Navy stressed that any deviation from this route would be considered unsafe and would prompt a firm response from its naval forces.
According to Bloomberg, hundreds of ships were seen gathering near Dubai on Tuesday, as more vessels avoided the strait, which remains largely empty, in compliance with Iranian navigation regulations.
Meanwhile, sources cited by Fars News Agency reported that American vessels—claimed by Washington to have transited the strait—remain stranded in hazardous rocky areas off the coast of Oman, contradicting American assertions.
In a related development, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that current events in the strait demonstrate the absence of a military solution to the crisis. He described U.S. President Donald Trump’s operation—referred to as the “Freedom Project”—as a “project of stalemate.”
Separately, Speaker of Iran’s Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that the new equation governing the Strait of Hormuz is “in the process of being established,” adding that the United States “cannot endure the current situation, while Iran has not yet begun.”
