IOF troops feel like 'sitting ducks' due to Hezbollah drones
Meanwhile, Israeli media reflected a deep sense of frustration and acknowledged military shortcomings on the northern front. Channel 12 reported that Hezbollah launched more than 30 explosive drones over the weekend, adding that most of them went undetected and caused significant damage.
The channel noted that the use of FPV drones against soldiers has made the "permitted" casualty figures seem grim and highlights the severity of the problem.
Citing Israeli soldiers, Channel 12 said that for weeks, Israeli troops in Lebanon have been feeling like "sitting ducks". The report added that Hezbollah is not only holding its ground but has proven its resilience through weeks of fierce fighting, while "Israel" has been forced into a state of near-total incapacity due to directives from US President Donald Trump, leaving soldiers' hands "tied".
Separately, the Israeli Army Radio acknowledged that two soldiers were wounded by an explosion from a Hezbollah FPV drone.
