Faith-Based Brotherhood (4)

The Means Used by the Enemies of Islam to Divide the Ummah

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

O Allah, guide us and grant us acceptance, for You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing; accept our repentance, for You are the Relenting and the Merciful.

After shedding light on the great Islamic principle of holding to Allah's rope all together, faith-based brotherhood, and the consequences of division among the believers, it has become clear to us how important this principle and obligation is for faith: You can never attain Tqawa and true faith in a perfect way and show responsiveness to Allah (Glory be to Him) and adherence to His religion if you do not care about this principle and seek to adhere to it and to put this obligation into practice—the obligation of faith-based brotherhood.

In addition to its importance to faith, it has become clear how important this matter is in the reality : It makes the Ummah strong in facing its enemies, fulfilling its responsibilities, achieving its sacred goals, and pursuing its major interests. All of these matters require a state of unity and cooperation at the general level (the whole Muslim Ummah) and at the individual level (any society within the Ummah seeks to obey Allah, the Almighty, and to move based on this principle, a principle with a well-known and proven outcome).

As we said in the previous lectures, Shaytan and the enemies of Muslims pay their greatest effort to target this principle, as they are mindful of how important this principle is. They are mindful of the obstacle it represents to their plots, goals, grudges, and ambitions to dominate this Ummah and any society that moves according to this great principle within the Ummah. Indeed, they realize that it represents an element of strength for the Ummah in general or for some people within the Ummah who adhere to this principle. They seek to get rid of anything that might constitute an obstacle that could prevent them from achieving their goals represented in having control over our Islamic Ummah, its territories, and resources, even its human resources! So they use all in their power and invoke all banners to target this great principle, and this is not something new, for their war against this principle and their targeting of this Ummah started a long time ago. However, their efforts have kept increasing with time, continuously leading to new methods and means.

Dividing the Islamic World geographically and politically

It is well known that the enemies of the Ummah sought to divide the big Islamic world into divided states, and they, as a result, reshaped every part of it geographically and politically and separated between its territories at the geographical and political levels. So they are the ones behind the current division of Muslims' countries. In the past, the Islamic world was one united world, but they sought to divide it and tear it into pieces to weaken its sons. This is a well-known fact, as there are conferences held in this regard and resulted in particular outcomes and documents. In addition, when the sons of the Islamic world dispute over borders, some of them bring the matter before the enemy who divided their countries because it is the one who knows best how it divided this area from that one, this country from that one, and teared apart this or that country. Therefore, they bring the matter before Britain to tell them how it divided their countries and where their borders should be.

Dividing the Islamic World at the sectarian and religious levels

Even so, they are not content with politically and geographically dividing the Islamic world into states and sowing division among its sons, for they have also worked hard to promote sectarian division and even to come up with new sectarian groups, seeking to spread division even within every religious sect to distract the Ummah at the intellectual, cultural, and religious levels.

On top of that, they seek to plant in the Islamic world religious minorities again and create such religious minorities that do not embrace Islam, and they then politically impose these minorities, call for granting them political rights, and work on making the overall situation in the country (the system and the way people usually arrange their affairs) go in that intended direction: to keep Islam and the Sharia away from the affairs of life. Therefore, they worked to come up with new religions within the Islamic world and sought to expand these religions. To our astonishment, they have recently brought the Baha'is and Ahmadis into Yemen and come up with new different names, which they try to spread and expand.

At the level of the scattered sects and cultural and intellectual orientations attributed to Islam, they always work hard on distorting and altering concepts and spreading cultural and intellectual division that helps them sow division in the Ummah so that its sons can never hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and unite in vision and action. They work tirelessly on this and use all technical capabilities available, especially the internet, social media, and some websites, taking advantage of the absence of cultural immunity among many Muslims in this Ummah, as well as their cultural weakness and emptiness, to control them. Great are the efforts they channel into this direction.

One of their most notable achievements that are aimed at sowing division under a religious cover within the Islamic Ummah is their efforts to spread the takfiri ideology. Indeed, they are the ones behind spreading takfirism, planting it inside the Ummah, and expanding it. It is true that the takfiri phenomenon repeated itself in the history of Islam, but they have taken advantage of that and exploited it as much as possible: They support this phenomenon and secure funding for it through their proxies (those munafiqain, regimes, and governments who are loyal to them and stand ready to finance their plots and schemes). So they have worked on expanding takfirism to every corner of the Islamic world and promoting strife among Muslims in an extensive and brutal way, as well as murder, crime, and genocide. They have also focused on expanding division among Muslims to the greatest possible extent and to the point that makes the person from the sons of this Ummah think of his brother as an infidel who must be slaughtered immediately or torn into parts through criminal bombings, like those we saw recently in Afghanistan and happened over and over in Iraq, Yemen, and other countries.

They do seek to sow division, destroy the Islamic Ummah, and spread chaos in it from the inside. They spare no efforts to do so, for this is a political goal that they tirelessly work hard to achieve and devote all their power and capabilities to. We need to be fully aware of this in a way that rises to the level of its seriousness and effect. This is an example of what they do.

Investing in problems and social disintegration

They invest in all problems, crises, and disputes. Whenever there is a dispute in this Muslim country or that one, whether within the Arab world or abroad, they seek to exploit it and fuel it to keep growing and expanding more and more and serve their agenda here or there. Some of their serious efforts go into this direction.

They even invest in social problems; they invest in all forms of the problems faced in our Islamic world. They even focus on social categorization: They are behind categorizing women as one separate group and the youth, as well. This is what they do to the Islamic world. Then, they turn to women to make them believe that they are a separate group by themselves and have their own political interests and that they should fight men for rights and so on. That is because they seek to break up families and to destroy them, which are the fundamental building block for society in Islam. Families serve as the fundamental building blocks that build society; therefore, family stability is important for ensuring the stability of society. That is why they spare no effort . However, some silly women are deceived by such moves and activities, and they disregard the fact that these are planned activities. The strength of society requires people to be in a state of unity, and the strength of family comes from its unity—the same goes for society.

They target women, youths, children, etc. This is what they do: division and separation. As we said in a previous occasion, they would not hesitate to make a person go into different directions and to make each hand and every part of his/her body quarrel with the other if it were possible. They seek to tear the Ummah into as small pieces as possible. This is what they seek to achieve, and they see perfect conditions for that to a great extent.

They move in all these directions: investing in crises and dividing the Ummah in its attitudes and policies. They seek to make the Ummah fall into a state of division and fragmentation when there is a situation calls for adopting a serious position. The same goes for policies— in all directions. This state of division has caused suffering to Muslims, weakened them, and emboldened their enemies to target them everywhere. Their enemies have become greatly sure that there will be no overall reaction from Muslims against what they do to some Muslims here or there, although Islam raises Muslims to have the feeling that they are one nation—’resembling one body, so that, if any part of the body is not well, then the whole body shares the sleeplessness and fever with it’—and to work to become a firmly-joined structure, which creates a sense of responsibility among Muslims towards every Muslim: ‘Who does not care for the matter of Muslims is not of them, and who hears someone calling Muslims and does not respond is not a Muslim,’ or in some narrations, ‘is not of the Muslims.’

This is what they have done in the countries of the Islamic world. They worked at the general level of the Ummah and then inside every country of the Islamic Ummah; they move to divide it into small states. They follow the same steps and direction in every country and every state to de-unify the people of that country, divide them as much as possible, and push them into a state of complete fragmentation that makes it impossible for them to agree with one another on anything or in any field, the political field, social field, etc. In addition, they work on this in a constant and organized way and according to plans. This is clear and not secret, and these are not false accusations or unproved allegations. They do commit this, and they have organized, announced plans and clear activities. Indeed, they work on this tirelessly and with great interest.

Targeting those who seek to foil their plans and conspiracies

Among what they target and launch war against is any group from the sons of this Ummah that moves in the right direction represented in adopting the right position whether towards the Ummah's issues in general or towards any of the countries' . Indeed, when a group of the Ummah's sons in this country or that moves towards making their country become a free, independent, and respectful country that is independent and free from subordination to its enemies and their control and influence and seeks to join efforts with the other sons of this Ummah and to support its causes, they pay the greatest efforts to target it at the military level and economic level, as well as at the level of using this kind of targeting that has to do with making it divided against itself and distracting the Ummah from following the same path.

This is what has happened here in Yemen: When our people moved based on this basis and into this positive, right direction (which goes in line with their principles, affiliation to Islam, and its identity of faith) and sought to be free from subordination to their enemies of kafirin and munafiqin, it found itself being militarily and economically targeted under all banners aimed at sowing division among Yemenis and using all forms of targeting against the free people in the country.

This is also what has happened to the mujahidin in Palestine. In addition, it is happening in Lebanon against Hezbollah, and it is happening in Iraq, too. This has happened in all around the Islamic world. Any right, constructive move aimed at securing the Ummah's might, dignity, and freedom and at paying efforts to stand up to its enemies, as well as their evil and oppression, and to foil their plans and conspiracies, is subject to heavy targeting. This is a clear, manifest, announced matter.

In the context of this kind of targeting, they use, among other things, social media to achieve this goal and launch organized smear campaigns whether at the collective level . For example, here in Yemen, they primarily try to defame Ansarullah for the role they play (with other free people in this country) in the right direction, in standing up to the enemies of this country, and in seeking to preserve the freedom and dignity of this country's sons. Also, they target all other people who adopt this same position: the right position.

In Palestine against mujahidin, in Lebanon against Hezbollah, and in the rest of the Islamic world, there are organized propaganda campaigns fraught with false accusations and with efforts aimed at exploiting problems, exaggerating about them, spreading them, and turning them into headlines that fill all social media websites. Such smear campaigns aim to prevent people from adopting the right position and distract them from the real enemy and from carrying out their responsibilities as they move in the right direction and adopt the right position that must be the target of their main focus.

In addition, any discord, problem, or negative aspects are exploited to the highest extent. No matter how small or limited the negative aspect might be, it turns into a main issue that becomes the number one priority and enjoys all attention and debate. Moreover, it becomes what shapes attitudes and judgements and what provides grounds for making offences. That way, simple problems or negative aspects seem as if they were the major issue in the twenty-first century that is worthy of all the attention and should be what shapes people's judgements, attitudes, offences, procedures, and everything and what invokes their hostility and anger in an astonishing way that is abnormal, hysteric, insane, excessive, and exaggerated.

Besides, they exploit any disagreement either in opinion or in what is related to the practical reality or to personal matters by launching propaganda campaigns to make them look bigger and much as a major issue. The purpose behind this is to divide people; widen the gap; promote dispute; derive people away from the right position and attitude; and distract them from the major issues that are important and core issues, from real dangers, from true enemies, from primary responsibilities, and from the proper way they should follow to practically address their problems. Indeed, they keep you from following the right way and approach and push you into following the wrong, destructive, devastating, and faulty way that exacerbates the problems and never contributes to solving them.

The munafiqin and those with a sickness in their hearts go in harmony with the enemies' activities

In addition, the organized activities of the enemies, who follow obvious plans and keep launching campaigns after campaigns, go in harmony with the role of the rest of munafiqin and those who have a sickness in their heats. Those in Yemen who apparently are on the side of this nation but do not seem serious or honest in their position can serve as an example: They show no real or sincere interest or may show some very limited interest that does not go beyond purely symbolic positions—the whole matter to them is not a big deal, so they do not pay serious or genuine efforts that do exist in reality, make a difference at the practical level, or go beyond words—but they direct their great interest, focus, attention, rudeness, and boldness into the wrong and opposite direction that distracts people from paying attention to the important things and the major cause and from adopting the right position. Therefore, they go hand in hand with any campaign by the enemies: When the enemies launch a campaign against some people or against the whole front that stands up to the enemies and moves to carry out the responsibility and adopt the right position, they identify with them.

Some of them have personal ill feelings, problems, or unattainable goals that push them to the negative, opposite position. They join and follow the enemies in what represents a hostile activity that is aimed at provoking resentment and arousing hostility; therefore, they go in the same direction with the enemies, derived by their ill feelings or problems. This is wrong, and it is immoral and does not go in line with human values. Nothing can ever justify supporting the enemies and going in parallel with them for the sake of satisfying one's frustration or ill feelings.

The enemies work intensively to divide people from the inside, and they go so far that they utilize what they themselves do to derive the public reaction into the wrong, opposite direction: In our country, Yemen, for example, as the enemies impose blockade against our people and commit the most heinous and terrible crimes, they seek to use what they have created to fill people with anger towards those who stand up to them, who face them, who fight them, and who avenge their people. They try to put the blame for what has happened (all their crimes and blockade) on Ansarullah and all free people who stand by them. Indeed, they move to blame them and hold them responsible, supported by the fifth column, full-of-ill-feelings people, and those bad people who do not have conscience, morals, or values and have no problem to say anything : They identify with the enemies, and efforts never stop to exploit the state of discontent resulted from what the enemies have done and direct it against the friend who is facing the enemies and standing up to them.

This same policy and behaviour is followed in Palestine, too. The Israeli enemy targets the Palestinian people and sometimes escalates its attacks (for example, the escalation on Gaza last year and the years before—campaigns, full-scale and open war, and severe blockade), and it provokes the people there and the Palestinian nation against the mujahidin, using its own crimes. In other words, the Israeli enemy kills, destroys, and imposes blockade; but it does not want people to feel angry at it but at their people who stand in its face and against its aggression and crimes and who work hard to rescue their people and liberate them. It wants the Palestinians to consider the mujahidin as enemies, instead of taking it as an enemy because of its crimes and blockade.

It is the same in Yemen. Though the coalition of aggression kills the Yemenis, it wants them not to be angry because it kills, commits genocide, imposes blockade against them, and tortures them by targeting their food, economy, and livelihood. Instead of showing anger and rage against it for the torture, oppression, and blockade it subject them to, it wants the Yemeni people to be angry at those who face it, stand up to it, fight it, and seek to stop its aggression and avenge their people. It wants to fill the Yemeni people with hatred against such people.

There are also intensive propaganda campaigns against Hezbollah in Lebanon and continuous demands to disarm it because it has liberated Lebanon from its enemies and stood up to the Israeli enemy—the enemy that has been attacking Lebanon; seeking to occupy it and to deprive the Lebanese people of their freedom, independence, and dignity; and committing the most heinous crimes against them. In every open war with Hezbollah, it commits atrocities, carries out brutal and criminal operations, but, at the same time, asks the Lebanese not to hate it for that and to take it easy without showing any reaction of any kind against it. Indeed, it wants the Lebanese to hate Hezbollah for standing in its way and fighting it. This has happened also in Iraq, and it is taking place in the Islamic Ummah as a whole.

This is very clear. The enemies’ campaigns are usually obvious, and their policies are undisguised policies. However, ill feelings that some people have make them blind and lose insight: {‘It is not people's eyes that are blind, but their hearts within their breasts’}. The reason for some might be that they are morally and humanly bankrupt; therefore, they are heading into the direction the enemy wants, which is a wrong, unjust, and unreasonable direction. That is because directing anger, hatred, blame, and accusations towards the innocent and supporting the aggressor who has committed the crime (standing with the aggressor that kills, besieges, and commits horrible crimes and gruesome genocide and backing its policies, logic, and what it says while twisting the blame to whomever stands in its face and criticizes its actions) are acts that can only be described as fabrication, calumny, injustice, criminality, deviation, and stupidity. These acts really deserve all bad and abhorrent descriptions.

In the internal reality, the targeting efforts usually go into many different directions. Therefore, those who stand up to the enemies and adopt the right position within the Ummah become subject to planned campaigns that seek to divide them from inside and make them lose their supporters and public approval. Intensive efforts usually go into this direction and exploit any problem, dispute, or discord as much as possible, as we mentioned at the beginning of the lecture.

The divine practice of distinguishing the good from the bad

In the practical reality, one of Allah's practices that He uses with His servants who follow the truth and the path of faith is the practice of testing, which tells who is a true believer and who is not, who is a loyal one and who is a traitor, and who is an honest one and who is not: Allah says, {‘Allah will not leave the believers in the state in which you are now until He distinguishes the good from bad among you’}. One of the most important things this test focuses on and uses to tell the reality of people has to do with adopting the right position and continuously remaining faithful to that position.

At all times in this life, there is a test distinguishing between people. Such a test results into revealing the deviation of those people who follow a path other than the right path and deviate from the right position and right path. This takes place at all times, including the eras of the prophets (PBUT). It is the constant practice of Allah (Glory be to Him): Allah says, {‘Allah will not leave’}—which means it is a consistent divine practice—{‘the believers in the state in which you are now until He distinguishes the good from bad among you.’} At some point, some people start to deviate from the right path and right position and follow the enemies in their view and direction. They completely abandon the right position and direction, and they adopt opposite, negative positions—but against whom? Against those who adopt the right position. They take such people as enemies and opponents and start to offend them, incite others against them, and talk abusively about them. In the end, it becomes clear that their position has completely changed: They have abandoned the right position, cause, and direction and followed a path that is completely identical with that one the enemies follow.

At all times, there are always those who deviate from adopting the right position and then focus their efforts on sowing and promoting division. They seek to disturb the unity among people and completely divert people's attention from the core and important issues and the great and right position. Indeed, they seek to distract people from that to make them live without any cause and never pay attention to it. At the same time, they seek to make people adopt various hostile positions that are consistent with what the enemies seek to achieve. This happens at all times. Those who move into this direction of deviation and who move away from the right position and the right direction and become people who seek to sow division, Allah describes them as people with a sickness in their hearts.

This means that some may move in the right direction and adopt the right position, and they may even play a leading role and get some reputation and fame, but they in reality have a sickness inside themselves, in their conscience, in their emotion, and in their hearts. This sickness is a moral sickness. Either they remained doubtful of something about the truth or did not believe in it in reality. Even though they pretend to embrace the truth, they remain doubtful of something about that truth and do not truly believe in it. So they remain in that state of doubt and do not get rid of it, for they do not benefit from Allah's guidance or have the perfect form of insight and certainty. Therefore, that doubt keeps growing and growing until they face a particular test where their position becomes clear, as well as their denial of one or more of the principles of the truth or even of all what has to do with the truth. This has happened to many people throughout history and at all times, and it will remain so until the Day of Resurrection.

In addition to having doubt about something of the truth, some may keep a moral impurity: They do not seek to purify themselves in their walk in the right path or get rid of evil impurities. They keep in their hearts something evil, which might be arrogance, hatred, self-conceit, vanity, or any impurity that makes it impossible for the person to hold firm to faith in its perfect form and that can never be consistent with faith. This impurity keeps growing, and when the person faces a particular test, that kind of evil becomes evident in their opposing position and their deviation.

This is also of Allah's practices. People may find it surprising how some have changed completely; how they have adopted a hostile position; and how their position has become one that is consistent with the enemies', identical with the enemies', and different from what it had been in the past. So their deviation becomes clear.

Allah (Glory be to Him) says in the Holy Quran, {‘Or do those with sickness in their hearts think that Allah will not expose their malice? Had We willed, We could have truly shown them to you, and you would have certainly recognized them by their marks. But you will surely recognize them by their tone of speech. And Allah knows your doings ’}. Allah's practice with those who have a sickness in their hearts (who have a sickness of suspicion and doubt in what is right, have lack of faith in it, and stick to their doubt) and who have morale impurities that are evil and inconsistent with faith, is to expose them and reveal their reality. That is because Allah accepts only the truth from His servants, and He wants His servants to be honest in their faith and in their adoption of the right position. He only accepts the truth and the truthful ones. Therefore, those who cling on to suspicion and keep to it (they do not seek to obtain guidance, certainty, and insight) or have something evil in them without seeking to purify themselves in spite of having educational, practical, and faith-related opportunities to purify themselves, they will get to a point where they face a divine test that Allah uses to expose them. This is of His practices to distinguish the bad from the good in the reality of faith.

The need for raising awareness and adopting the right position against people of deviation

Everyone must be aware of this matter firstly to guard against keeping any amount of doubt or clinging on to it and to seek to get rid of any amount of evil, to obtain perfect insight, perfect certainty, and high (if not perfect) awareness, and to always purify him/herself. In addition, s/he must always seek to take care of his/her soul and take the great benefit of every educational opportunity.

Then , this helps one to never be shocked or negatively affected when seeing such a case, which happens at all times and takes place in every era. If a person sees such a case (where there are those who deviate, go astray, adopt the opposite position, and identify with the enemies by adopting their views and bearing enmity towards his/her Ummah and those who move in the right path and who adopt the right position), s/he should adopt the Quranic perspective with them: advise and remind them. However, if they turn their backs in rejection and become of those whom Allah has forsaken and who no longer enjoy His guidance to success, the believer should ignore such people and never let them affect him/her or shake his/her position. The believer must realize that this is Allah's practice with all people, the earlier and later ones. Indeed, throughout history, in every age, with every nation, and with every believing nation, Allah makes this test in order to distinguish the wicked from the good and makes it clear who is honest and who is a liar, and so on.

One should look down on such people and give them and their positions the cold shoulder. Even the enemies often look down on such people, and if they enjoyed some importance, it would be because what they used to be in the past. The enemies view them from a perspective that takes into consideration what they used to be. Otherwise, everyone disrespects such people and looks down on them.

Such people must be looked down on! And this phenomenon should never turn into a phenomenon that keeps spreading and shakes unity. The internal reality should be kept immune through awareness, faith, insight, and firm belief, and it should never represent an environment open for those with a sickness in their hearts to operate, affect others, or enjoy support and acceptance. Such a phenomenon must be fought because it indicates deviation from the right position and the right direction and should never enjoy acceptance or be allowed to have an impact.

Allah (Glory be to Him) says in the Holy Quran, {‘And whoever defies the Messenger after guidance has become clear to them and follows a path other than that of the believers, We will let them pursue what they have chosen, then burn them in Jahannamwhat an evil end’}. whoever follows a path other than that of the believers after guidance has become clear to him/her (after s/he has been in the direction of faith and after s/he has adopted the right position, s/he deviates away of it, changes what s/he has followed, and adopts a different position) is a forsaken person: Allah (Glory be to Him) has forsaken him/her and taken success away from him/her. {‘We will let them pursue what they have chosen’}: Allah leaves him/her in the wrong direction that they have chosen and the direction that they have deviated and swerved to. Also, He forsakes him/her and takes away the reasons of success from him/her. That way, s/he becomes a loser and deserves Jahannam as destiny: {‘Then burn them in Jahannamwhat an evil end.’}

What kind of path do the believers follow? They adopt the right positions and remain faithful to these positions. So their positions from the enemies are firm, principled, and fundamental. Indeed, their faith-based positions are firm, and they never deviate or abandon them. Therefore, we must have a sense of awareness towards this kind of people, look down on them, and never care about them. They must remain ignored and enjoy no respect. We should make sure that they cannot affect others and that we follow the Quranic perspective with them.

Addressing resentment in a proper way

Of the cases that might be negative and can sometimes worsen and lead into a state of division are the states of resentment, discontent, and practical problems. It means there are some states that still cannot be seen as states of deviation or indicate deviating from the right position; however, they represent internal problems at the practical level that have to do with the attitude, work, responsibility, or general framework. The reality of life is like this: Some certain problems, differences in view, or misunderstandings in some matters happen. However, these problems should never turn into a state of discord or a state that leads some to spread and promote resentment, discontent, and ill feelings in a way that negatively affects the overall attitude and distract people from paying attention to the key, important, great matters that have to do with people's sacred, faith-based, and Jihad-related responsibilities. As a result, some simple problems may give some people enough of a reason to stop paying attention to all of that or let such problems prevail in a negative way.

Such cases must be addressed in a practical, meaningful, correct, proper, and brotherly way. This is the right approach towards such cases, instead of talking negatively and making the problem worse and bigger to the point that many meetings are held but in this negative way that aggravates the problems, worsens the negative aspects, and widens the gap and the size of the problem.

Allah (Glory be to Him) has warned in the Holy Quran against dealing with this matter or even with personal matters and ill feelings based on an approach that destroys brotherhood and turns people away from the important, basic, and sacred matters. Allah (Glory be to Him) says, {‘O believers, when you converse privately, let it not be for sin, aggression, or disobedience to the Messenger, but let it be for righteousness and Taqwa. And fear Allah, to Whom you will be gathered’}. Sometimes, these people or those gather privately to analyze or talk about a certain issue but in a negative way. In such meetings, people talk in a negative way that leads into sin and transgression.

Righteousness and Taqwa are consistent with amending that which is between us. Righteousness and Taqwa are consistent with everything that contributes to maintaining the unity of those who follow the right position, their brotherhood, and their cooperation; to joining their efforts; to becoming more effective in what they do; and to solving their problems in a meaningful, brotherly, useful way. Therefore, righteousness and Taqwa must be the fundamental basis and the main title we stick to when seeking to address all our problems, worries, and disputes so we reach to what pleases Allah (Glory be to Him) and to what ensures goodness and righteousness for all.

That is enough for today.

We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah (Glory to You), have mercy on our martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. O Allah, accept our fasting, night prayers, and good deeds. You are All-Hearing!

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
