The Government Media Office stated that the Zionist enemy has targeted 256 displacement and shelter centers housing more than 700,000 displaced persons since the beginning of the genocide in the Gaza Strip.

The office's statement said that during the current month of June alone, the enemy deliberately targeted more than 11 displacement centers, in the context of an organized crime that reflects its blatant disregard for international law and humanitarian agreements. 

Thus, the number of displacement and shelter centers targeted by the enemy since the beginning of the genocide has risen to (256), housing more than 700,000 displaced persons who have been deprived of the most basic necessities of life after the enemy destroyed their homes and housing units across the Gaza Strip. 

This makes targeting them again in refugee centers a double crime. He stated that most of these centers are educational centers that were supposed to provide an educational environment for tens of thousands of students, before the "Israeli" enemy turned them into bombing targets, in clear violation of all humanitarian and international laws and standards.

The government office held the enemy and the countries involved in the genocide fully responsible for the continuation of this brutal and insane war.

The office also called on the international community, the Security Council, and all countries of the free world to stop the crime of genocide, lift the siege on Gaza, and rebuild the vital facilities destroyed by the enemy in the Gaza Strip.
