The Specialized Criminal Division in the capital held a session to consider the case of a terrorist cell affiliated with al-Qaeda, consisting of seven members and led by an Egyptian national, Naji Okasha.
The session was chaired by Division Head Judge Abdullah al-Najjar, with Judges Hussein al-Ezzi and Mohammed Mufleh also presiding. Public Prosecution representative Judge Ali al-Julhi was in attendance.
During the session, the parties were presented with previous legal procedures for review.
