Hashem Sharaf al-Din, Minister of Information and spokesman for the Government of Change and Development, reaffirmed Yemen’s unwavering and deeply rooted stance on the Palestinian cause, describing it as both official and popular.
In a statement to SABA Agency, Sharaf al-Din said Yemen — with its resilient people and principled leadership — will continue to stand firmly with Gaza. He emphasized that this position is not emotional or temporary but a long-standing national commitment, reflected in widespread public solidarity and in the bold operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces against the Israeli enemy and its American ally.
He firmly rejected the legitimacy of the Zionist entity and condemned so-called “deals of shame” that aim to liquidate the Palestinian cause. The Israeli occupation, he said, is a mark of disgrace on all who support or normalize with it.
Sharaf al-Din also denounced any attempts—internal or external—to distort Yemen’s principled stance or question its solidarity with Palestine, stressing that Yemen’s support is moral, faith-driven, and humanitarian in nature.
He concluded by affirming that the Palestinian cause is sacred to all Yemenis, and that Yemen will continue to support Gaza through all legitimate means until the siege is lifted and the aggression ends.
