The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced in its daily statistical report that two Palestinians were killed and 11 others wounded during 48 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression, with the casualties arriving at hospitals across the territory.

The Ministry noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on roads, while ambulance and civil defense crews are still unable to reach them.

It added that since the "ceasefire" announced on October 11 last year, the total number of Palestinians killed has reached 983, while the number of wounded has risen to 3,122. A total of 783 bodies have also been recovered.

According to cumulative statistics since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the death toll has risen to 72,993, while the number of wounded has reached 173,230.

The Israeli occupation continues its systematic genocide in the Gaza Strip despite the declared "ceasefire", leading to a growing number of Palestinians killed, wounded, and reported missing.
