The Public Relations office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Iran announced the targeting of the U.S. Ali Al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait on Thursday morning.

The IRGC confirmed that the attack resulted in the destruction of two drone hangars and a fuel storage tank designated for military aircraft and helicopters inside the base.

The statement added that the punishment of the aggressor will continue until American occupiers are driven out of the region, calling on the people of Kuwait to understand the nature of these operations.

Earlier in the day, the Revolutionary Guard announced that the United States had launched an air strike from one of its regional bases, specifically located in Jordan, using bunker-busting bombs against two residential homes on Qeshm Island. That attack led to the martyrdom of a mother, father, and one of their children, while two other children were injured.

The IRGC noted that its Aerospace Force responded to that attack by targeting deployment ramps and maintenance hangars housing U.S. F-35 fighter jets at Al-Azraq Air Base, confirming the complete destruction of three F-35 aircraft and severe damage to three others.

The United States continues its strikes against areas in Iran in violation of the Islamabad "memorandum of understanding," with American aggression renewing after Washington suspended its attacks for several days.

In response, Iran counters any American aggression by targeting strategic bases and positions belonging to the U.S. military across the region. Tehran is also confronting attempts by vessels to pass through illegal corridors encouraged by Washington in the Strait of Hormuz, which remains closed due to ongoing hostilities.
