The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights has condemned reported Saudi attacks on civilians in Dhamar, Sa'adah, Hodeidah and Taiz, warning of serious violations of international humanitarian law.

In a statement, the organization said that a cluster munition strike on homes in Al-Ar and Barza villages in Dhoran Anis District, Dhamar, killed three children and injured seven people, including women. It warned that unexploded submunitions pose a lasting threat to civilians, particularly children.

The organization also condemned Saudi artillery shelling in Sa'adah’s Razih and Shada districts, which endangered residents and injured a civilian, while Saudi gunfire reportedly wounded three African migrants in Baqim and Munabbih districts.

In Hodeidah, two airstrikes targeted the Al-Tuhayta area in Al-Durayhimi District. In Taiz, a reported Saudi airstrike on a health center in Al-Mashawilah, Al-Wazi’iyah District, killed one civilian and injured a woman.

The organization stressed that attacks on residential areas, markets and medical facilities, as well as actions endangering migrants, threaten civilian protection and access to healthcare. It warned that the absence of investigations and accountability could encourage further violations and perpetuate impunity.

Saudi Arabia's prolonged aggression on Yemen has taken a heavy toll on civilians, with residential areas and essential infrastructure repeatedly affected by military operations.

The humanitarian situation has also been compounded by restrictions on imports and access to essential services, underscoring calls for civilian protection, humanitarian access and accountability for Saudi violations.
