Speech by Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi on the Latest Developments

Thursday, 5 Sha’ban 1445 AH (15 February 2024 AD)

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Allah (Glory be to Him) said in the Holy Quran, {‘O believers! What is the matter with you that when you are asked to march forth in the cause of Allah, you cling firmly to ˹your˺ land? Do you prefer the life of this world over the Hereafter? The enjoyment of this worldly life is insignificant compared to that of the Hereafter’} and {‘Do you think that you will be left while Allah has not yet made evident those among you who strive and do not take other than Allah, His Messenger, and the believers as intimates? And Allah is All-Aware of what you do’}. And His Messenger (PBUH&F) said, ‘Whoever wakes up without concern for the affairs of the Muslims is not one of them, and whoever hears a Muslim calling out “O Muslims!” and does not respond to him is not one of them’ and ‘Whoever of the Muslims forsakes a fellow Muslim in a situation where his sanctity is violated and his honour is diminished, will be forsaken by Allah in a place where he seeks His help and support. And whoever supports a fellow Muslim in a place where his honour is belittled and his sanctity is violated, will be supported by Allah in a place where he seeks His help and support.

Hundreds of blessed Quranic verses and narrations from the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&F), with extremely powerful content, link the issue to the credibility of belonging to Islam and faith. They present this topic as a genuine criterion for the credibility of a person's values, morals, humanity, religion, and sincerity towards Allah (Glory be to Him). They also present promises of Jannah, honour, victory, and Allah's pleasure, along with goodness in this world and the Hereafter, and also present threating of divine punishments, abandonment, and significant losses in this world and Jahannam in the Hereafter (We seek refuge in Allah). All of these are related to this topic: clarifying and confirming the position of religious, moral, and Islamic responsibility in caring for Muslims, rescuing them, providing relief to them, and supporting them when they face aggression, injustice, and violations of sanctity.

For twenty weeks, for five months, and for one hundred and thirty-ninth days, the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza have endured the harshest and most difficult forms of suffering as a result of the savage, barbaric, and criminal Israeli aggression. From its very beginning, this aggression has adopted criminal behaviour and genocide in every sense of the word. It has employed all means of extermination, including killing, starvation, and epidemics.

Since the start of the aggression on Gaza, on its very first day, the United States, Britain, and most major European countries rushed to provide all forms of support to the Zionist enemy. This support began with military assistance, including the supply of the most destructive and lethal weapons, including bombs, missiles, shells, and various types of arms. It also included financial aid, military experts, and support with reconnaissance aircraft that operate day and night. In addition to this, there was political and media support, despite the fact that the Israeli enemy is the aggressor and is committing the most heinous crimes against the oppressed Palestinian people who have clear, undeniable rights. Despite the heinousness of Zionist criminality, which brings shame upon anyone who stands with it, supports it, or advocates it—despite all of that, they provided all forms of support in an open, clear, and explicit manner. Despite the immense military capabilities possessed by the Israeli enemy, they provided it with weapons, even though it possesses weapons; they provided it with money, even though it has money; they provided it with military experts, even though it possesses military experts; and so on. They stood with it with all their might, at the political level, at the media level, at the military level, and at all levels, even though it is in the unjust and oppressive position, engaging in a brutal, criminal, savage aggression.

In contrast, where is the support of the Arabs? Where is the support of the Islamic world? Where is the support of Muslims for the oppressed Palestinian people, who are part of them? Supporting them is considered a noble, honourable, religious, ethical, and humanitarian act. Where is the supportive position for the Palestinian people who are the rightful owners of the right that is unwavering and as clear as the sun, who are oppressed in every sense of the word, who deserve support and solidarity based on humanitarian and rightful considerations and all other considerations, and who are part of this Ummah and their land is part of the Islamic lands? Most countries, most regimes, and most governments take the position of spectators, and some of them even take the position of complicity, secretly supporting and encouraging the Israeli enemy in its crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza! Where are the values of Muslims? Where is their religion? Where are their ethics? Many of them choose to stand and watch! Only a few have genuinely and sincerely stood up and taken practical steps to support and advocate the Palestinian people.

The clear abandonment taken by most governments and regimes, accompanied by the silence of the people within them, their inertia, and the absence of any active movement, is one of the reasons for the audacity of the Israeli enemy to continue its atrocities and even its inclination to intensify the blockade and starvation on the Palestinian people in Gaza, in an unprecedented manner.

Moreover, another reason is the role of the United States that, for the third time, utilizes the veto in the Security Council to prevent any resolution intended to halt the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza. America is determined to continue the genocide of the people of Gaza through all means of extermination: bombs, missiles, and shells provided from its military stockpiles and factories to annihilate them. This also includes starvation, in which it provides the largest cover and the biggest role in order to starve the Palestinian people in Gaza to reach such a blatant level, blatant to Western countries, blatant to international institutions, and blatant to the slogans that the West boasts about, which it has long been talking and boasting about to our Islamic communities, in the Arab world and elsewhere. It is a brutal step in every sense of the word and clearly criminal: deliberate and systematic starvation inflicted upon the people of Gaza, taken by a decision made by America, Israel, and Britain in an unprecedented manner.

the United States uses veto power in the Security Council to prevent any resolution to halt the genocide of the Palestinian people. Thus, the role of the Security Council remains as usual, only moving according to the interests of certain countries, primarily the United States. It is the third time since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza that the United States has used the veto power, and the United States has used the veto the most throughout the history of the Security Council from its formation until today in support of the Israeli enemy. Since early stages and since the beginning of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, the United States has been providing this service to the Israeli enemy because the United States insists on aggression against the Palestinian people, and it is a key partner in all the crimes committed against the Palestinian people in all past stages! It immediately inherited the role of nurturing Zionist criminality, protecting the Israeli enemy, and providing all forms of support to it from Britain when its influence and colonialism receded after World War II. America took on the role and continued it, providing open support to the Israeli enemy with utmost care.

the United States has transformed the role of the Security Council and hindered the role of the United Nations in any humanitarian direction that supports oppressed peoples who have a clear and unwavering right, including the Palestinian people at the forefront. Their plight is evident, old, longstanding, and enduring, and their suffering is immense. The United States insist on the continuation of the genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. It and Britain are partners with Israel in all forms of suffering and heinous crimes committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The developments in the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the magnitude of the escalating and growing tragedy place a greater responsibility on everyone, with Muslims at the forefront, including Arab Muslims. Everyone bears the responsibility to take serious action. Otherwise, what are they waiting for? What do they want? When will they move? Do they want to wait until the genocide is fully accomplished, and they completely annihilate the people of Gaza and exterminate the Palestinian people there?

The number of martyrs, most of whom are children and women, continues to rise. It is a clear violation of human life; rather, it is one of the gravest crimes against humanity and a blatant disregard for the value of human life. It is as if human beings had no sanctity of their lives, and no rights related to their lives. The first right, the right to life, is clearly targeted in Gaza. According to some statistics, the number of martyrs and the missing – most of the missing are counted among the martyrs, if not all of them – has exceeded thirty-six thousand three hundred. The wounded, in conditions where healthcare services are absent, are approaching seventy thousand. The number of massacres exceeds two thousand five hundred and forty-four massacres of genocide.

The Israeli enemy is killing the Palestinian people in Gaza in comprehensive mass massacres, as well as in scattered targeting on roads, markets, movement crossings used by the people there, and various places. In addition to that, there is also aggression through starvation and blockade and genocide through unprecedented starvation and blockade, which have reached extremely distressing and painful levels.

The Israeli enemy continues its monstrous and criminal behaviour by preventing food from reaching the people and blocking the entry of food-laden trucks to the people. In addition to that and in the most difficult circumstances this week, the World Food Programme also suspended its activities in providing food to the residents in the northern Gaza Strip. This step coincided with the extremely painful level of suffering and hunger in the northern Gaza Strip. The World Food Programme takes this simultaneous step to reveal the nature of its role and to expose the magnitude of wickedness of the American role in what it and the Israeli role are doing in manipulating international organizations, programmes, and activities, even those that operate under humanitarian titles.

As a result of that, along with severe blockade and extreme hunger, deaths due to starvation occur, particularly among children and the elderly. All those who are physically weaker are most vulnerable to death from hunger. The situation of hunger-related deaths has begun, and the numbers are increasing. Animal feed has been depleted or nearly depleted in many areas of the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern part. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza are suffering fatal hunger, experiencing severe famine. They appeal to the sons of their Ummah and ask, ‘Where are the Arabs?’ We have seen videos of them pleading with their hunger, suffering, injustice, and the intense hardship they endure, calling out, ‘Where are the Arabs?! Where are the Muslims?!’ Each of us should ponder the answer, reflect on the response to this question: Where are the Arabs? Where are the wealthy Arab countries that spend and waste billions of dollars either on trivial, futile matters or fueling conflicts among the people of the Ummah but fail to provide even the bare minimum of food to the starving Palestinian people in Gaza as they are starving?

In some Arab countries, where wealth and resources are abundant, many individuals try to engage in diet programmes and regimens, due to suffering from overeating and obesity. Vast quantities of good food are wasted and thrown into garbage dumps and waste bins, while they do not offer anything in terms of food to the Palestinian people. There is lack of serious and tangible efforts from major Arab countries, despite their capabilities, political influence, economic capacities, and assumed roles. Or their role is limited to fueling conflicts, engaging in negative activities that destroy the Ummah from within or supporting internal struggles between one country and another. Why don't they attempt to take proactive, positive actions, even in the humanitarian field, to deliver food, nourishment, and medicine to the people of Gaza? Regarding the humanitarian file, we do not observe or witness any serious actions. Serious actions are known to us in Arab circles when it comes to trivial, oppressive, or futile positions where they display great interest and high seriousness, providing funds and taking various measures, such as boycotts at all levels, even war and fighting, security conspiracies, or any other practical positions. We have seen and known many practical positions in the Arab and Islamic arenas. The people in Gaza appeal to their fellow Muslims, calling out, ‘Where are the Arabs? Where are the Muslims?’

In one of the cases, a few trucks entered, some of them, with a small quantity. So thousands of people gathered around them to obtain even a small quantity of food, to get even a small amount of flour. When they gathered near the trucks, the Israeli enemy targeted them and opened fire on them, killing some and injuring others. It also targeted the flour, the quantities of flour on those trucks, causing it to scatter on the sand. The scene was extremely painful as we saw some adults reaching out to collect some of the scattered flour on the sand with their hands because they were in need of even that little scattered on the sand. This reveals the extent of their suffering, their desperate need, and their extremely harsh conditions and highlights the magnitude of their severe hardship.

Other scenes broadcasted by the media outlets and also shared on social media platforms showed some Gaza residents, including children, women, and adults, shedding tears and appealing to the Muslims for help with even a little bit of food. Some resorted to tying stones to their stomachs, while others consumed tree leaves if available, although trees are not abundant everywhere. Parents wept for their children. Some lost their children to hunger, while others had their children on the brink of starvation while they are suffering from lack of resources and from being unable to provide milk or food for them. They cry, and tears stream down their faces as there is neither food nor milk available.

The health situation is also a real tragedy because the enemy seeks to exterminate the people of Gaza through direct killings with bombs, missiles, gunfire, and executions carried out in cold blood, during detention. It detains people and then executes them by gunshot. It executes children and women by gunshot. These are facts revealed by videos, testimonies, live footage, and live broadcasting and documented by international and local organizations. They have become something well-known, and even Israeli male and female soldiers boast about that. They boast and take pride in that, enjoying talking about that as an achievement, whether it be killing a child, multiple children, or a group of residents.

There are executions of women! Where are women's rights? Didn't the West boast, praise, and repeat phrases like ‘women's rights, women's rights, women's rights’ over and over again? But it only repeats them in either immoral or frivolous contexts, for the purpose of destabilizing society from within, or in any context that is neither noble, nor purposeful or right, serving no righteous objectives that benefit women. The dignity of Palestinian women is violated in all forms of violation. They are unjustly and aggressively killed in the thousands; thousands of them are killed! Their dignity is violated through beatings, imprisonment, confinement, abduction, humiliation, degradation, and nudity. All forms of assaults and all criminal practices are committed by the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian women and girls. Yet the West remains silent! Where are women's rights? These rights have vanished because these women are the Palestinian women and the perpetrator, aggressor, rapist, oppressor, and practitioner of all violations and crimes is the Israeli enemy! The West grants the Israeli enemy an open field, permission, and sanction for everything it does to Arabs and Muslims. They have no shame, accountability, punishment, or anything, absolutely nothing!

At the health level, there is targeting of genocide through epidemics and diseases by preventing access to food, medicine, and medical supplies. This is also done through continuous targeting of healthcare staff with killings, arrests, torture, and humiliation; through continuous destruction of infrastructure, including hospitals, health centers, and others; through blocking access to fuel and not supplying electricity, as they are necessities and basic needs for hospitals; and through complete destruction for some hospitals and health centers by aerial bombardment and making others primary targets for ground operations by the enemy, invading them in a complete military manner, as if they were fortresses or giant military bases. One recent example of this is what happened at the Nasser Medical Complex, where the Israeli enemy forces invaded it with tanks and drones, and it deployed its army for this assault as if it were invading one of the largest military bases, but in reality, it is a hospital! The military targets inside it are those places where patients and the wounded receive treatment, medication, and medical care. The operating room is treated as if it were military operation room, while it is a medical operation room. Moreover, medical intensive care units and other places are considered military targets, for targeting which it sometimes deploys its elite military forces. Upon reaching the hospital, it immediately starts killing some of the healthcare staff, arresting others, stripping some, beating others, and humiliating everyone. Patients and the wounded are targeted in all forms: those who are killed and those who are deprived of the medical care that is crucial for their survival, even in intensive care units and other critical care areas. Even infants, newborns, and patients of all ages are targeted in all forms, and heinous crimes are committed against them.

The enemy has created a catastrophic situation at the health level because of the comprehensive destruction and the remaining of many bodies under the rubble, while some are in the streets, and as well as because of the lack of medicines and medical services as a result of the comprehensive destruction, which has also affected the sewage infrastructure and piled up waste, debris, etc. Many are the forms of destruction made-up by the Israeli enemy that ultimately lead to an unhealthy, disease-ridden situation without providing any healthcare or medical services. As a result, there is immense suffering and a real tragedy in the healthcare sector, with hundreds of thousands of people experiencing this problem.

Furthermore, the ratio, especially of children, who are among the most affected by the lack of healthcare services, has become extremely high. 90% of five-year-old children and younger suffer from serious diseases, infectious diseases, and epidemics. All of them need medical care and service. The damages in this sector are extremely significant.

Regarding the tragedy faced by children, there are strange and bizarre incidents – the Israeli enemy excels in its crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza – some of which are kidnapping infants! It takes infants (who still depend on breastfeeding) away from their mothers forcibly, abducting them to unknown destinations. Their fate remains uncertain, as it is unknown whether they were killed after being taken or where they have been taken to. This is a type of despicable, heinous, inhumane, and immoral crime. It is a terrible crime to snatch infants from the arms of their mothers by force, turning their fate into an unknown destiny.

There is another suffering for children, which is the thousands of children have been separated from their families, either during displacement from one area to another in the Gaza Strip or during the cases of comprehensive destruction and bombardment. There is a statistic, not a final one, that indicates that seventeen thousand children are separated from their families and are in a difficult situation. They are not with their families to receive a portion of care, solidarity, and comfort. Thus, they are in a state of displacement and extremely difficult circumstances. This is part of the suffering experienced by the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Despite all this tragedy and despite all this injustice and criminality, the Israeli enemy has failed to achieve its stated objectives of aggression on Gaza, most notably getting its prisoners of war back. Until today, it has miserably failed. We are now in the twentieth week of an unprecedented war in the history of the Israeli enemy. It has never engaged in such a sustained war in this manner. Despite the war's limited scope and all that criminality and comprehensive destruction, the Israeli enemy has not achieved its goals, got its prisoners back, nor been able to eliminate the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, including the Qassam Brigades, Saraya al-Quds, and the other factions fighting in Gaza. They remain unified as mujahidin, with strong cohesion, courageously fighting in the cause of Allah and effectively confronting the enemy with high efficiency, clear impact, and inflicting harm upon the enemy.

Despite the extreme savagery and extremely heinous criminality committed by the Israeli enemy, it has not broken the will of the Palestinian people and the mujahidin in Gaza. They remain steadfast despite the circumstances we have briefly described and despite their severe suffering. Because they live that situation of siege and experience the same hardships as their people in the Stripe, they continue to inflict the enemy with great, significant, impactful losses upon them.

The enemy's savagery did not benefit it, nor did it save it from failure and defeat. It has never achieved an image of victory. Instead, as is usual in all Israeli attacks and wars, this has revealed and proved that it is a comprehensive attack, targeting the whole Palestinian people in Gaza. It is not a war against Hamas as it claims Hamas. Indeed, it is targeting Hamas with all its might, but it also targets the entire Palestinian people in Gaza: all factions and all residents, targeting cities and residential neighborhoods with everyone inside them. Its aggression is comprehensive, and its injustice and criminality targets everyone. In spite of that, it has failed, and its failure is evident and ongoing. Although it accumulates its criminal record in terms of destruction, killing, siege, and starvation, it continues to fail clearly. Every passing day adds to its evident failure. It has failed in the prisoners' file, in targeting the leaders of the mujahidin, and in dismantling the brigades of the mujahidin and their jihadist formations. Therefore, the mujahidin from the Al-Qassam Brigades at the forefront, as well as the Al-Quds Brigades and the rest of the factions, and they continue to fight with courage, in effective joint operations, inflicting direct losses on the enemy in terms of killed and wounded individuals and destroyed vehicles. Although the enemy tries to conceal its human losses and makes efforts to do so, its human losses are estimated, even according to some Israeli military estimates and some of the Israelis themselves, to be in the thousands of fatalities. It tries to keep this information highly confidential because its situation is shaky and negatively affected. Also, hospitals record numbers that differ from what the enemy announces—different figures.

Therefore, the comprehensive statistics of the killed, wounded, disabled, and mentally ill have reached a significant number, and this is at the level of it has acknowledged, let alone the true numbers. It is known that the enemy conceals and fears the emergence of the truth, as it would have a profound impact on its morale in general. The numbers of fatalities announced or estimated by sources within the Israeli community are approximately 2,983, and there are estimates that they could be even higher. The wounded are estimated to be around 30,000, according to estimates within the Israeli community. Among the wounded are cases of permanent disability, which some estimate that they could reach 20,000 cases of permanent disability. Regarding the mentally ill soldiers within the Israeli army itself, they are estimated to be in the tens of thousands. This is one of the most prominent manifestations of failure, defeat, and the shattered spirit of the Israeli army at the morale level, and this point is very important.

It means that in spite of the immense potentials possessed by the Israeli army – in contrast to the very limited and modest potentials of the mujahidin in Gaza – it is facing a psychological crisis in every sense of the word. Its morale is low, and some of the soldiers are even evading the fighting. Some of them complain about the psychological hardships they endure, such as psychological crisis, mental illness, and even mental disorders. In other words, some Israeli soldiers have lost their sanity. The intensity of the battles and conflicts they engage in, directly confronting the mujahidin at point-blank range, has rendered them mentally ill or mentally disturbed. This state is widespread among them, and it is natural for it to spread among them due to the criminality, aggression, and tyranny they are involved in, due to the known fact about them that they have strong attachment to their own lives and are unwilling to sacrifice themselves, and due to the fact that they are aware that they are in a position of aggression, injustice, usurping, and occupation and that they do not have a just cause that would make them willingly sacrifice themselves for it. Allah describes them in the Holy Quran saying, {‘Each one of them wishes to live a thousand years. But even if they were to live that long, it would not save them from the punishment.’}—{‘You will surely find them clinging to life more eagerly than any other people, even more than polytheists. Each one of them wishes to live a thousand years. But even if they were to live that long, it would not save them from the punishment. And Allah is All-Seeing of what they do’}. They are afraid of sacrifice and the dark future in the Hereafter because they have an accumulated record of criminality. They know the extremely heinous crimes they commit.

That is why they have a very big problem, summed up by their so-called Minister of Health (the Zionist Minister of Health), who described the psychological crisis by saying, ‘Israel is simply facing the biggest mental health crisis in its history.’ As a result of the conflicts, confrontations, and war, tens of thousands of soldiers suffer from mental illness and mental disorders.

As for those who are not soldiers, the issue is widespread. That is, it is estimated that over half a million of the Zionist criminals, known as settlers, suffer from psychological illnesses as a result of the war. The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation stated that the Mental First Aid Society has received more than 100,000 requests for psychological assistance . The situation, as described by the so-called Minister of Health, is indeed the biggest mental health crisis in their history. The psychological and morale damages are a major catastrophe for them, and that is because their situation is unstable, so they do not live in a state of tranquility.

Therefore, there is a mass exodus of hundreds of thousands of Zionists from Palestine. Some of them have reached a point of despair, realizing that they cannot live in a stable, peaceful, safe, and secure condition while occupying Palestine. The estimated number of those who have fled is – either permanently leaving Palestine, desperate about the possibility of stability and a normal life, or temporarily, assessing the situation and hesitating – over a million Zionists, as there is a reverse migration trend. These are very significant losses and strategic damages in their reality because they are truly experiencing an existential threat.

As for the losses of the Israeli enemy in military vehicles, including tanks and armored personnel carriers, they are also significant despite their advancement with extensive air protection and pre-destruction of the targets. They advance while protected by all types of aircraft: warplanes, armed planes, reconnaissance aircraft, etc. However, there are still significant losses according to the data provided by the Al-Qassam Brigades. The enemy has suffered losses in military vehicles, totaling around 1,120 vehicles, with the majority being tanks (965 tanks) and armored personnel carriers (55 carriers). There are also many other types of vehicles, some of which were completely destroyed, while others were partially damaged. Due to the effective position, steadfastness, impact, and cohesion of the mujahidin in Gaza, they still shoot down Israeli drones and also launch their drones, and they fight courageously in all areas of the Stripe, in the north, center, and other parts.

As for the enemy's economic losses, they are significant, and perhaps unprecedented, despite the enormous support, including the substantial support and massive capabilities provided to it by the United States, Britain, and Western countries and despite its massive capabilities before the aggression. The Israeli enemy has faced major economic problems and repercussions on its economic situation in all sectors as a result of its aggression on Gaza:

  • at the currency level, where there is a significant upheaval in the Israeli currency's exchange rate, and it is no longer stable—there is a noticeable decline and upheaval,
  • at the level of foreign currency reserves, where there is a problem that the Israelis themselves are talking about,
  • at the level of debts (the public debt and the debt of the Israeli enemy) rising to over 300 billion dollars,
  • at the level of the daily cost of war which it claims that it is no less than 269 million dollars per day,
  • at the level of the significant budget deficit, where the gap between revenues and expenditures has reached over 24 billion dollars,
  • at the level of job losses, where 760 thousand Israelis have lost their jobs according to Israeli estimates and statistics, and the number is increasing—there is a continuous rise in unemployment rates multiple times over,
  • at the level of price increases, where there is a continuous and escalating rise of prices in all goods, including food items,
  • and at the level of repercussions on the Gross Domestic Product, in all economic sectors, including decline in food production, investor flight and a halt in foreign investment, losses incurred by companies, labor shortage, decline in the real estate sector, paralysis in ports, decrease in tourism, reduction in air travel, and so on.

The overall losses in these details are tremendous, reaching billions of dollars. The enemy is incurring massive losses, and Allah (Almighty) has said the truth, {‘if you are suffering, they too are suffering. But you hope to receive from Allah what they do not hope for'}. These are losses despite the support it receives, and this is a very important lesson. Despite facing the modest capabilities of the mujahidin in Gaza, it incurs these exorbitant costs and significant losses. This means that it is a defeatable enemy, just as it was defeated before in Lebanon and repeatedly in Gaza during comprehensive operations and wars it launched on the Strip but failed in.

There are also losses on the northern front of Palestine, towards the Hezbollah front in Lebanon. Against the enemy, this is a significant, effective front that inflicts major direct losses on the enemy, starting with casualties, vehicle destruction, and the displacement of settlers in groups in northern Palestine to losses at the economic level and comprehensive effects. Hezbollah declares this in statistics and statements.

The support fronts continue with high effectiveness in Lebanon and also by the mujahidin brothers in Iraq despite being heavily targeted by the enemy.

in the Yemen front. We speak in more detail about our front in Yemen because we are directly involved in this front. We discuss it to clarify the importance of the position, its outcomes, and its fruits, thanks to Allah and the success and victory He grants to us.

We have directed our focus in the Yemen front (as we mentioned last week) towards escalating our operations. As long as the enemy is escalating further in the Gaza Strip, continues to commit crimes of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza using all means available, we will continue our operations and move towards escalation.

The operations targeting the enemies and hitting Israeli targets in the Occupied Territories, in support of Gaza and in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, have reached a total of 183 missiles and drones. The other supportive path for Gaza includes operations in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. These operations are also ongoing, and we are heading towards escalation in terms of quantity and type. The missiles, drones, and military boats have been activated, and submarines have been introduced; this is concerning to the enemy. The number of targeted ships in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea has reached 48 ships. 48 ships have been targeted, which is a significant number. Despite the enemy's attempts to minimize its movement, to seek camouflage, and to conceal information about the ships, their ownership, and their affiliation, there has been a significant intelligence achievement that has surprised the enemy. The enemy is taken aback by how the Yemeni armed forces are able to obtain information that reveals the true identity of the ship's owner, its affiliation, to whom its cargo is carried, and its destination. All of this information is obtained in an extraordinary manner; i.e. it is not obtained through ordinary means. The enemy is putting in every effort, including measures to protect its ships, whether they are affiliated with the Israeli enemy or with the American and British forces as they have become involved in supporting the Israeli enemy and the aggression against our country. All of them, the Israelis, the Americans, and the British, try first to block information, cover it up, camouflage it, and raise flags of other countries from various parts of the world. They also do so on electronic platforms and elsewhere. They have used all possible means to conceal information, but they have failed. We still manage to obtain accurate information, and we challenge the Americans when they try to deceive and claim that a certain ship does not belong to them (the Americans, the British, or the Israelis) according to the classification usually announced after targeting.

They have also failed in their attempts to prevent missile and drone attacks from targeting them. First, in terms of their hostile targeting of our country (as they claim that they primarily target the facilities of the military forces from which the missiles and drones are launched), they have failed to limit the launch operations. In addition, they have failed to prevent the missiles from hitting their targets, despite possessing advanced capabilities in an attempt to intercept and shoot down the missiles before they reach their targets. However, they have failed, and the missiles have reached their targets. New missiles have been developed, and existing missiles have been improved to the extent that the Americans cannot intercept them or shoot them down, no matter what technologies or capabilities they possess.

Indeed, there have been significant real victories in the confrontation in the sea. The confrontations in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea have witnessed real victories against American technology, capabilities, and expertise. These victories extend to the tactical level and at the level of weapons and means . At the tactical level, American experts have been amazed by the tactics employed by our armed forces in launching and targeting operations. The Americans have failed in every sense of the word.

This week, thirteen perfect, effective operations have been executed, the most prominent of which is targeting the British ship that was attacked by a destructive strike, getting it to sink, and even pictures showed its sinking. Additionally, an American MQ9 drone was shot down. Although it is of the most significant drones, Allah granted success and power resulting in shooting it down. In fact, the operations in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, and the Gulf of Aden are ongoing, escalating, effective, and impactful, and the enemy has failed to prevent them, to stop them, to limit them, to lessen them, and to provide security and passage opportunity to ships associated with the Israeli enemy. In the end, it involved itself in a problem. Its barges and military destroyers are being struck, and its weapons in both seas (the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea) are targeted. What we mean by both seas is the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea. It failed at all aspects, and it acknowledges its failure. Americans, their leaders, and their officials acknowledge, in their own words and according to the established reality, that they have failed. They have failed to prevent operations, failed to protect ships affiliated with Israel, and failed to protect their own ships. As for the rest, they are safe. The important thing for other countries is to avoid getting involved with the Americans in the aggression against our country, so that their ships remain safe in their movements and crossings in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.

The impact of maritime operations continues to be felt through significant losses inflicted on the Israeli enemy as a result of our position that is varied out in the sea. It has halted approximately 40% of Israel's maritime commercial movement, which means nearly half of its maritime trade has been disrupted. This has had a substantial impact on the enemy, in the contraction of their economy, in the significant decline of their exports and imports, and in the very high cost of maritime shipping. When the routes of most companies it relies on shifted towards the Cape of Good Hope (a far route), the cost of shipping per container has increased. The cost of a single container used to be $1,500, but now it has reached $7,500, which means shipping costs have multiplied several times.

Of course, the Israelis have experienced a general increase in prices due to the rising shipping costs. The Americans have also found themselves in a predicament, causing damage to their companies and commercial activities, which affects their economy. Additionally, there has been a clear, acknowledged military failure, and the Americans themselves admit that they have not faced a maritime military challenge like this since World War II. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the Yemeni position and the Yemeni front to a great extent.

Britain is involved, affected, foolish, and stupid. It has foolishly gotten itself involved in matters that do not concern them. That is why some British newspapers are discussing the impacts on the British economy, such as the rise in gasoline prices, the expectation of a sharp increase in all prices, and shortages of essential household items due to the increase in shipping costs.

The cost of the American and British involvement in their aggression against our country, in support of the Israeli enemy and the protection of Israeli criminality in Gaza, is a significant and hefty cost: the cost of the military position, the cost of military movements at sea and the expenses associated with them, the cost of the missiles and airstrikes they launch at our country, and also the cost of the economic losses incurred. It is a substantial cost. The correct, wise, humane approach would have been to respond by providing food and medicine to the people of Gaza and putting an end to the genocidal crimes against them instead of launching aggression against our country. This would have been a position that benefits everyone, benefiting Arabs and others. Moreover, it would have helped stabilize the region as a whole and prevent the escalation of the conflict. Since the beginning, the Americans have been saying that they did not want the conflict to escalate.

The cost of the aggression is great, affecting the United States and Britain for their stubborn manner of besieging the people of Gaza, as well as starving them and committing genocide against them. They persist in this deviated orientation: Their aggressive attacks have amounted 278 airstrikes and maritime missile shilling. Despite all of that, they are a failure and are of no impact. They have not destroyed the capabilities of the Yemeni Armed Forces, nor have they limited the operations or affected their routes (thanks to Allah).

With the American failure to limit the operations and to destroy the capabilities – on the contrary, it is really a cause for us to develop our military capabilities (thanks to Allah) – they seek to motivate others and get them engaged. This is what they have sought since the beginning: They have sought to get the Europeans and some Arab countries involved. They continuously try without tiredness or boredom. That is, they continuously try to persuade some Arab and European countries without a stop, seeking to get them involved in aggression against our country in order to support the Israeli enemy.

Additionally, they also attempt to distort the position of Yemen and the Yemeni front. At the media level, they launch extremely ridiculous propaganda campaigns. Sometimes they claim, ‘the Yemeni position affects the Gaza Strip’, as if it were a blockade on the Gaza Strip and its people, although the reality is clear, which is supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza. So what kind of impact ? This is extremely absurd talk, for it has affected the Israeli enemy, which has seen a 40% reduction in its maritime trade movements due to this position. Have aid ships for the people of Gaza been prevented from crossing the Bab al-Mandeb Strait and the Red Sea? No, on the contrary, we will provide protection for any ships carrying aid to the people of Gaza. Ships from all countries pass without any targeting, except for the ships the Israeli enemy, which is not a state but an occupier. The Americans and the British have entangled themselves in the problem.

They also attempt—and new propaganda, of the most ridiculous propaganda, has been echoed by the Americans and the British, and then their mouthpieces (the mouthpieces that they blow through some Arab media outlets and some media figures loyal to the Israeli enemy). Indeed, there are media figures who are loyal to the Israeli enemy and directly serve the Americans and the British. That's why you can notice, for example, when an American statement is published in American newspapers or echoed in American media in the English language and echoed by the British as well, it then doesn't take long for it to become a repeated propaganda echoed by Arab media figures in Arab media outlets. It may be by some of the mercenaries in the country, who are traitors in everything, betraying their country, betraying the Islamic Ummah, and betraying the Palestinian people and who are ready to be proxies for any enemy of Islam and Muslims. This is the situation with some of the mercenaries. The position of some of those who fought against us and stood in our way towards the events in Gaza have been honourable. Their position towards our country and towards our country’s position was positive. These are positive and wise, and they still have some conscience left, which made them move in the right direction. However, there are some who have become pure mouthpieces and specialized parrots for the benefit of the Americans. Therefore, one can observe that when a specific title or specific propaganda starts to be echoed, its start was with the Americans and the British, and then it started to circulate in some well-known Arab channels that are known for always serving Israel and serving America. They distort the mujahidin in Palestine and play a negative media role that does not serve the Palestinian cause nor the oppression of the Palestinian people. They play a role in serving the United States and Israel in distorting any supportive effort for the Palestinian people. This is part of the battle, a part of the battle with the Israeli and American enemy.

The United States, Israel, and Britain are engaged in a media battle, mobilizing Arab media outlets and Arab media figures from several countries. Their primary mission is to distort any supportive efforts for the Palestinian people, undermine any supportive position towards the Palestinian people, and attempt to divert people's attention from following the events in Gaza and standing with Gaza at any level, whether at media level, political level, or any other level. That is why, for a certain period of time, they have been continuously and persistently trying to promote the takfiri tone in order to fuel sectarian strife among Muslims, instigate other problems, and impose the prominence of issues that arose within the Muslim Ummah in previous stages for serving the interests of the United States and Israel, overshadowing the events in Gaza and the oppression of the Palestinian people in Gaza. Hence, one of the most ridiculous claims has emerged, such as the claim that the Yemeni people are extorting some European countries by demanding fees for their ships to pass through the Red Sea in exchange for not targeting their ships! This is among the most absurd, false claims. Indeed, one of the most significant descriptions with which Allah (Glory be to Him) describes hypocrites in the Holy Quran is that they are liars, that they tell lies abundantly, that no one is more lying than them, that they extremely rarely say the truth, and that they only keep on lying.

The operations carried out by our country in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, and the Aden Gulf are jihad operations in the cause of Allah. They have clear, sacred objectives, leading to a noble, grand goal: to support the Palestinian people, to support the oppressed in Gaza, and to stop the blockade and the genocidal acts committed against them by the Israeli enemy. We are engaging in the (Promised Victory Battle and Holy Jihad) for the sake of Allah, in a clean, pure, true, just, strong, and courageous position that is admired by most free people around the world.

That propaganda is indeed ridiculous and invalid. They are part of countless lies spread by the hypocrites (May Allah disgrace them). There is nothing worse or more in number than their lies, and they have no shame. They should be ashamed in front of the Yemeni people and ashamed in front of the land of faith and wisdom. They should be ashamed of themselves for echoing the lies of the United States and Britain. They are liars who are with a series of liars, so their lies continue to pile up as they spread and promote absurd lies, accusations, and propaganda. There is absolutely no truth or foundation to their ridiculous propaganda, which is nothing but pure falsehood.

We, in this country, do not extort any country so as to safely and peacefully get their ships through the Red Sea and Arabian Sea. The important matter is that their destiny is not for the benefit of the Israeli enemy, which is committing the most heinous crimes against the people of Gaza, denying them food and striving them. This issue is worldly well-known. Indeed, these are ridiculous claims, which are lies said by lairs who follow a series of liars (We seek refuge in Allah).

Our military operations are constant, continuously escalating, effective, and impactful, despite the opposition of all the haters. From the beginning, we have stated that whoever doubts our position should take a better or greater position, and he is welcome to do so. As for those who have no concern other than tarnishing any supportive position for Gaza, whether it comes from Yemen, Lebanon, or any front – their only goal is to tarnish any supportive effort for Gaza, where they basically do not take any practical, clear, effective action to support the Palestinian people – they are haters and proxies of the Americans, and they have devoted themselves to serve the Israelis. Because the battle is direct between us and the United States, Israel, and Britain, anyone who aligns himself with them, whether in the media, military, or politics, is devoting himself with them, serving the Israelis, and making himself a servant of the Israeli enemy, and that is a loss and the greatest shame and disgrace (We seek refuge in Allah).

Alongside the military operations, popular activity continues on all fronts. It is a fundamental aspect of our position. At the forefront of this activity is mobilization through training, qualification, and military preparation and readiness. This is an extremely important matter that greatly concerns the enemies and has a significant impact. It holds its own importance in terms of faith. A person who desires to engage in jihad for the sake of Allah is prepared to participate in military activities, undergo training and qualification, and receive the necessary courses and military qualification.

Military mobilization is active and progressing at an excellent pace. The training outputs in military mobilization have reached 237,123 trainees. This is a huge number that signifies a whole army, a large force of our people's sons who have undergone training. Before them, hundreds of thousands received training and attended multiple training courses. Many more are following them. The entire population is inherently armed and combat-ready by nature and experience. This is a great blessing. This era necessitates strong nations capable of defending themselves. Who else can they rely on? The United Nations?

As part of the military mobilization activities and military training, there have been 248 military displays. Maneuvers, which hold significant importance, have reached a count of 566. Military marches have reached a count of 359. Community protests, a distinguished and honourable part of our dear people's activities, have reached a count of 70,670. Awareness-raising sessions – an activity of utmost importance in spreading Quranic awareness and enlightening the community about the reality of the enemies and about responsibilities – have reached a count of 30,571. The significant awareness-spreading events have reached a count of 23,738. Major demonstrations and marches, which take place in provinces and districts, have reached a count of 2,181—these are usually held in provinces and districts. The donation process is also ongoing, and whatever is collected is delivered to the Palestinian movements' representatives in Sanaa.

This comprehensive movement, with such momentum, is befitting our dear people, in response to the immense tragedy, oppression, and profound suffering of the Palestinian people. With such a comprehensive and wide-ranging movement, and with massive and significant momentum, we embody our religious belonging, our faith identity, and our response to Allah, to His blessed commands, and to His great, valuable instructions. These positions, rooted in faith, also express dignity, humanity, freedom, honour, a sense of responsibility, and high awareness. This momentum has indeed become a reality, and this comprehensive and wide movement of our dear people has set an example and a lesson, earning admiration from all free people around the world, in different countries, even in Europe, in the United States, in Asian countries, and the East and the West. All free people and those who still possess a sense of humanity and carry the human conscience, speak with admiration, praise, and appreciation for the Yemeni position, for the position of the Yemeni people, for their movement, for their vigilance, and for the effectiveness of this position and its impact. They speak about Yemen with respect and appreciation, recognizing it as Yemen of dignity, honour, and freedom, where its human conscience and religious affiliation refuse to stand idly by in the face of the immense tragedy in Gaza, the great ordeal of the Palestinian people, and the injustice that is incomparable all around the world.

This position, momentum, and presence are befitting of us, this dear people, with its values, ethics, and honourable history as the Yemen of victories. Yemen has its precedents, credit, role, and significant contributions to human and Islamic history. Therefore, our people’s turnouts even last week—when we called them with the call of Allah, the call of the Holy Al-Aqsa, the call of the greatest oppression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and out Gaza, the tears of orphans and mothers, the suffering, the cries of the wounded, and the groans of the hungry in Gaza, this free people (who truly possess a living conscience, human empathy, and a sense of faith) took to street with bravery and manliness, challenging the United States.

In this stage and historical position, our people have challenged the United States and its might, despite the fact that many countries and governments in the Arab and Islamic world bowed down to it, humiliated themselves before it, and surrendered to it. They were shackled and unable to take any position that would align with their affiliation to Islam and their human conscience. Actually, they were shackled and so did nothing.

Hence, this historical position of our people will remain a lesson for all future generations. It is an honourable lesson that your children – O our dear people – will take pride for centuries to come. You and your position in this historical phase will continue to be a source of pride for all generations and a lesson of freedom, dignity, and sincerity of religious affiliation. It will remain a lesson for all future generations. This is an honourable, great position.

That is why I say to you after that great million-person turnout, which filled all the squares, Al-Sabeen Square and the other squares in the rest of the provinces and squares, ‘May Allah brighten your faces, elevate your status, and record your reward. You are the people of loyalty, chivalry, dignity, and responsiveness to the call of Allah, His invitation, and His instructions. You are the bearers of living consciences, those who carry human emotions. You still embody the roots of authenticity, values, manners, nobility, and chivalry. You have done well, and so has your positions, which serve as a lesson for the entire Ummah and all generations.’

My dear people, ahead of us lies steadfastness and you are the people of steadfastness, perseverance, courage, endurance, determination, and sincerity in affiliation and position. Steadfastness and perseverance are two fundamental characteristics.

We are in a historical phase, in a state of general mobilization, in a great position, and in a sacred jihad. We embody our religious affiliation and the morals, principles, and values to which our dear people belong. We are in a state of general mobilization. Allah says in the Holy Quran, {‘Mobilize, light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and yourselves in the way of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew’}. It is better for you because when you are operating within the comprehensive position that pleases Allah and honours you even at the human level (It is an honourable position in every sense of the word), you get it to raise your heads high and brighten your faces in this life and in the Day of Resurrection. You mobilize because you are noble because you are people of dignity and because you solidify this honour, this liberation, and this free path that has not submitted to the United States or Britain, nor has it feared the Israeli enemy. It has not humiliated itself, nor has it tired in the face of all these challenges.

Our people will mobilize because it is better for them to be a free people, to continue on this freedom, honour, and dignity. Therefore, I call upon you, my dear brothers, my brothers who are my pride and joy. I call upon you, O Yemen of faith, O descendants of the Ansar, O men of loyalty and chivalry. I call upon you once again with the call of Allah: ‘Mobilize’. I call upon you with the call of the Holy Al-Aqsa, with the call of Jerusalem, and with the call of the Palestinian people in all parts of Palestine and Gaza, the oppressed Gaza, the suffering Gaza, that yet perseveres, fights, and sacrifices—Gaza of honour. I call upon you to participate in the weekly appointment, tomorrow Friday, in a Million-person turnout, and you are the millions. There is much goodness among you, free, dear men, whose abundance is evident in their quantity, goodness, honour, courage, and challenge to the enemies by filling the squares, carrying the flags, arming themselves with rifles, and engaging in jihad on land and in the sea. With the same power of the operations in the sea, from the air to the sea, on the surface, and in its depths with submarines (which have become a new weapon in confrontation and in confronting and challenging the enemies of Allah in the sea), you fill the squares on land and move in all domains. The appointment is on Friday (by the will of Allah) in Al-Sabeen Square and the squares of other provinces, according to the arrangements.

I ask Allah, (Glory be to Him), to relieve the suffering of the oppressed Palestinian people and to hasten their victory. We also ask Allah to have mercy on our righteous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us swift victory. He is All-Hearing.

My self is devoted to you. My spirit is devoted to you.

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
