Thousands of Moroccans participated in demonstrations on Sunday, rejecting the Israeli war of extermination and demanding the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinians besieged in the Gaza Strip.

The demonstrations and marches, held under the slogan "Freedom for Palestine and Victory for the Resistance," were held in cities including Casablanca, Tetouan, Tangier, and Agadir at the invitation of the Moroccan Front in Support of Palestine.

An Anadolu Agency correspondent reported that the participants called on the international community to intervene to stop the Israeli genocide.

They chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian cause and others condemning the targeting of civilians.

Among the chants were: "Oh resistance fighter, march... towards victory and liberation," "Our Jerusalem is in our eyes," and "The martyr left a will... no surrender of the cause."

They also raised banners expressing their salute to the Palestinian resistance and their continued support for the Palestinian cause.

Since the start of the Israeli war of extermination, Moroccan cities, including the capital, Rabat, have witnessed almost daily solidarity events with the Palestinian people.

With full American support, since October 7, 2023, "Israel" has been waging a war of genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring all international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt it.
