Israel" has continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, launching multiple attacks in several areas across the Strip, adding to the already staggering death toll.

Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of airstrikes and gunfire attacks across multiple areas of Gaza on Sunday, according to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent.

An Israeli Apache helicopter opened fire east of Deir al-Balah in the central part of the Strip, while another strike hit the eastern areas of the al-Maghazi refugee camp.

A young girl was killed by Israeli fire outside the occupation’s deployment zones in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah, in southern Gaza, according to our correspondent, who reported that Israeli vehicles opened fire north of Rafah.

367 killed since the ceasefire

6 fatalities and 17 wounded arrived at hospitals in Gaza in 24 hours, according to the Gaza Health Ministry's daily report, bringing the toll since the ceasefire was reached on October 11 to 373 martyrs, 970 wounded, and 624 bodies extracted from under the rubble.

This brings the total toll since October 7, 2023, to 70,360 killed and 171,047 Palestinians wounded in Gaza, as rescue teams continue to extract bodies from under the rubble and "Israel" sustains its assaults on the Strip.

On December 6, Israeli artillery shelled areas east of Khan Younis within territories currently under IOF control, while airstrikes hit additional sites along the city’s eastern perimeter. In central Gaza, Israeli aircraft and armored units also opened fire northeast of the al-Bureij refugee camp, and helicopter gunfire was reported east of Khan Younis.

According to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Gaza, Israeli forces continue clearing and demolishing the remaining civilian homes located behind the so-called "Yellow Line", noting that the al-Shujaiya district, east of Gaza City, has now been entirely flattened after nearly two years of sustained warfare by the occupation.

The destruction of al-Shujaiya adds it to the list of Gaza localities that have been completely wiped out by Israeli forces, including Umm al-Nasser in the north, al-Mughraqa in the Gaza governorate, and Khuza'a in Khan Younis. Meanwhile, Palestinian Civil Defense officer Suhail Dahman succumbed to injuries sustained on Friday in an Israeli attack near the al-Ribat Mosque in the Beit Lahia housing project in northern Gaza.
