The total fatalities from the Israeli genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip, which commenced on October 7, 2023, has reached 73,919 martyrs, according to the health ministry on Tuesday morning.
The ministry added that the overall number of the wounded also surged to 174,977 people.
In its daily update, health officials noted that medical facilities received five bodies and 25 injured individuals over the preceding 24 hours.
Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 10, 2025, at least 1,399 Palestinians have been killed, and 4,863 others have been injured.
