The Leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi has affirmed that the Saudi regime is a criminal regime and a killer of children and women, practicing continuous collective targeting that has affected civilians, mosques, markets, and residential neighborhoods in the capital Sana'a and all Yemeni governorates.
In his speech on Thursday marking the 10-year anniversary of the Saudi enemy aircraft's bombing of the Grand Hall, the leader affirmed that the Saudi conduct in the aggression on Yemen follows the "satanic, unjust Zionist approach" that contradicts the values and teachings of Islam, innate values, and international laws, while relying on methods of deception in the name of religion.
He stressed the importance of Quranic awareness in fortifying the Islamic nation against methods of deception and misguidance. He opened his speech with the Quranic verse: "And among the people is he whose speech pleases you in worldly life, and he calls Allah to witness as to what is in his heart, yet he is the most fierce of adversaries" (Quran 2:204).
Sayyed Abdulmalik explained that this verse provides a precise divine assessment and diagnosis of a category of people, whether within the Islamic arena or outside it, affirming the Quran's goal of raising the level of awareness among the Islamic nation so that it may be insightful and not deceived by the methods of the unjust and criminal.
He noted that this category relies on presenting flashy titles and labels, whether religious or humanitarian, to mislead people and win their admiration. He stressed that this awareness inspired by the Holy Quran must prevent the nation from supporting any tyrant or party that follows a deviant path.
The leader explained that the extent of aggression and excess in criminality among this category reaches a dangerous level, extending to the destruction of crops and offspring through the targeting and destruction of agricultural and economic fields and other domains by various means. It also commits genocide crimes, permits human life, and targets livestock, in addition to resorting to major matters and excessive bloodshed while insisting on continuing criminality and rejecting any calls for truth.
Sayyed Abdulmalik condemned in this context the Saudi regime presenting itself as a bearer of the Islamic banner, placing the word of monotheism and the sword in its national flag, while that sword has never been drawn or stood in a single military stance against the enemies of the nation.
He asked: "When did the Saudi aggressor ever have a single military stance against America, Israel, and others in any time and in any cause?" He affirmed that the entire history of this criminal enemy is against our nation, foremost among them the Yemeni people, who are among the peoples most affected, as well as the people of the Arabian Peninsula, where tribes were exterminated and uprooted, and these are facts mentioned in history.
The leader affirmed that the Saudi aggressor's claim that its battle is to defend the sanctities is "a lie and criminality." He asked: "How can one who continuously kills children and women act under these titles of 'defending the sanctities'?"
He mocked the aggressor's goals of breaking the people's will and forcing them to surrender, affirming that they are "a mirage and an illusion." Our people are increasing in conviction of their oppression and the justice of their cause and increasing in impulsion to confront the regime that kills children and women.
He stressed that the Saudi criminal history against the nation, foremost among them the Yemeni people, who are among the peoples most affected, alongside what the tribes of the Arabian Peninsula suffered from extermination and uprooting by this regime, clearly reflects the truth of the Quranic characterization of these practices and behaviors.
