Health Ministry Spokesperson Dr. Anis Al-Asbahi confirmed an initial toll of two civilians killed and two others injured in a Saudi airstrike targeting the oil facilities at Ras Isa in Hodeidah province.
He said targeting vital oil facilities constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and poses a threat to environmental and economic security, adding that it forms part of a series of war crimes committed by the Saudi enemy against the Yemeni people over the past 12 years.
