Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the Leader of the Revolution, condemned the global silence in the face of Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza, describing their suffering as a tragic consequence of international betrayal.
He affirmed that the Yemeni people will unwaveringly stand with the Palestinians until the aggression ends and the siege on Gaza is lifted.
He proudly announced that their military operations, as part of the "Support from Faithful Yemen" campaign in the battle of the "Promised Conquest" and the "Sacred Jihad," carried out 14 missile and drone strikes this week.
These strikes targeted Lod Airport and key enemy positions in Jaffa, Haifa, and Ashkelon, alongside naval operations in the far north of the Red Sea, sending a clear message of resistance and defiance.
He stated: "The blockade on the enemy’s navigation continues to be successful, effective, and impactful. The port of Umm al-Rashrash, which the enemy calls Eilat, remains closed and sealed."
He also highlighted that this week’s activities included an extensive meeting of scholars and preachers from the Al-Rima Governorate, emphasizing that this serves as a model for religious authorities across various Arab and Islamic countries.
He added that the activities of Yemeni universities, the Quran Academy, and student marches represent a great and honorable movement for Yemen.
He emphasized that if the Americans, Israelis, and even European regimes witnessed the popular reaction in other Arab and Islamic countries as they do in Yemen, they would be fearful and reconsider their calculations. A widespread popular movement across these nations would significantly influence the decisions and stances of rulers.
He noted that the silence of the peoples—caused by some regimes freezing activism—has allowed over two billion Muslims to remain in a deeply shameful and disgraceful state before the world and Allah. This ongoing neglect worsens the crime against the Palestinian people.
He reaffirmed that the Yemeni people will continue their broad activism, honored before Allah, as a jihad and a great responsibility. Following Allah’s guidance strengthens a person’s faith and awareness, while deviation leads to moral decline and spiritual ruin.
He stressed that persistence and steadfastness with great momentum are crucial duties between them and Allah, vital even for rebuilding the reality of the nation.
He noted that last week’s large marches in Sanaa and other governorates continued despite heavy rain and intense heat, highlighting the participants’ faith, determination, and moral strength. He emphasized the deep empathy of the people for the suffering Palestinians in Gaza.
In conclusion, Sayyed al-Houthi called on the people to join a massive rally tomorrow, Allah willing, in Sanaa and other governorates—a jihad in the path of Allah and in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their brave fighters.
