A civilian was killed on Sunday after an explosive device left behind from US-Saudi-led coalition munitions detonated in Al-Durayhimi district of Hodeidah province.
A local source in the district said the explosion occurred in Al-Za’afaran village, when a remnant of war exploded, killing citizen Mahdi Ali Hanish.
The source noted that remnants of war continue to cause civilian casualties in several areas, leading to ongoing humanitarian suffering and repeated tragedies for local residents.
